Senior Front Desk Hospitality Agent

About the role

Sonder is looking for a Senior Front Desk Hospitality Agent to be the face of the brand in Milan. You will guide guests through the technology‑rich experience, ensure seamless service, and support the front‑desk team in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with self‑check‑in, and promote use of the Sonder app and self‑service features.
• Handle guest inquiries in‑person and via digital channels, own issues to resolution, and coordinate with remote service teams.
• Prioritize and delegate front‑desk tasks, act as point of contact for escalated situations, and mentor junior Front Desk Hospitality Agents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas, and support housekeeping audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance.
• Assist market leadership with administrative duties and contribute to continuous improvement of the guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotels, restaurants, or other customer‑facing hospitality roles.
• Personable, service‑minded, and positive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties daily.
• Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar customer communication software.
