Senior FX Dealer

About the role

Marex is seeking an experienced Senior FX Dealer to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. You will work closely with the sales team to originate business and deliver tailored foreign exchange solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of corporate clients executing FX derivatives and other products.
• Execute FX trades (Spot, Forward, NDF, Options) across multiple liquidity providers using various trading platforms and Bloomberg.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support business origination.
• Understand clients' business environments and strategies to provide optimal solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings.

Required profile

• Significant experience in FX dealing or corporate sales with an existing client list.
• Background in a commercial bank or FX brokerage serving SMEs and mid‑corporates.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and work a phone‑led sales approach.
