Senior Key Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager to lead and expand our e‑commerce relationships with top pure‑play accounts. You will act as the primary business partner, aligning client goals with our digital growth strategy and ensuring profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full e‑commerce business for key accounts, driving revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Develop and execute joint business plans based on performance KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, retention and media ROI.
• Lead digital growth levers including media spend, on‑site merchandising, content optimization and promotional planning.
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to launch lifecycle programs that boost acquisition, repeat purchase and customer LTV.
• Analyze performance using e‑commerce and media analytics tools, turning insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Negotiate commercial terms, trade investment and activation plans aligned with ROI and brand objectives.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance and content teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Optimize digital‑shelf fundamentals: assortment, availability, pricing, ratings, search visibility and conversion drivers.

Required profile

• Degree in economics, marketing or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in e‑commerce, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English.
• Proactive, autonomous and capable of collaborating across functions.
