About the role
The North Face EMEA is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead its Italian Sporting Goods portfolio. Based in Milan (or Pederobba), you will own the end‑to‑end performance of key retail partners, driving both sales volume and brand presence in line with the EMEA channel strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with major sporting‑goods accounts across Italy.
- Own the strategic account plan, ensuring execution of seasonal initiatives aligned with the EMEA go‑to‑market strategy.
- Leverage market analysis to define priorities, identify growth opportunities, and drive profitable market‑share expansion.
- Lead in‑store brand activation to enhance consumer awareness and experience.
- Create and implement account‑specific marketing plans.
- Manage a small, multi‑market team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Plan, control, and execute activities to meet sales and qualitative targets.
- Oversee assortment planning within distribution policies to differentiate the market and support sustainable growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management within sporting goods, apparel or related retail sectors.
- Strong strategic partnership development and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small teams across multiple markets.
- Excellent market insight with the capacity to translate data into actionable plans.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
