Senior Product Manager

About the role

Yara International is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of commercial and agronomical digital solutions for Yara Europe. The role sits within the Digital Team and collaborates closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape a platform that adds measurable value for farmers, retailers and the broader ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous business challenges into data‑driven product solutions that improve key metrics such as user retention and engagement.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement definition through launch, iteration and post‑release optimisation.
• Navigate a complex platform landscape, balancing scope, technical debt and scalability across applications, APIs, CRM and third‑party integrations.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for a key domain within the farmer and retailer portfolio, aligning with business priorities.
• Coordinate with country and regional teams to gather local requirements, manage localisation and oversee roll‑outs across multiple European markets.
• Align and communicate progress, risks and decisions to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, including 3–4 years as a Senior or Lead Product Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products on integrated platforms and owning outcomes against measurable KPIs.
• Experience working with multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder environments and balancing local needs with a shared platform.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing without formal authority.
