Senior Project Manager – Light Modules

About the role

Inventronics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of LED modules and customized Light Engines for professional lighting applications. Based in Treviso, Italy, you will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex LED module and Light Engine projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and milestones.
• Ensure technical, commercial and operational excellence in line with corporate PLM and quality standards.
• Apply structured project‑management practices, including risk management, governance and performance control.
• Translate business strategy into project roadmaps that accelerate time‑to‑market and enhance portfolio competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D and other functions to support product and platform strategy execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to guarantee successful execution of customized programs.
• Lead global cross‑functional teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder alignment and governance activities to enable effective decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in the lighting or electronics sector.
• High degree of autonomy with the ability to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong risk‑management and governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence portfolio priorities and promote data‑driven decision‑making.
