Senior Project Manager – Warehousing

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager (Project Engineer) you will lead the implementation of new warehouse customers and drive transformation projects across our warehousing business units. You will act as the main point of contact for internal teams, suppliers and customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end warehouse projects from initiation to closure.
• Monitor progress against schedule, scope and budget, reporting any deviations.
• Compose and lead cross‑functional project teams, acting as the primary liaison for colleagues, suppliers and customers.
• Engage daily with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost‑effective, efficient solutions.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication with all parties throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain processes and project‑management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and ability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
