Senior Recruiter – Remote (Italy)

About the role

Join Kelly's international RPO team as a Senior Recruiter working remotely from Italy. You will partner with a purpose‑driven science and technology leader in the EMEA region, handling end‑to‑end recruitment for Denmark and other European countries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct briefing calls with the client to understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and document selection decisions.
• Support candidates and hiring managers through offer negotiation and contract administration.
• Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle (360°) recruitment experience, preferably in volume or agency hiring.
• Experience recruiting blue‑collar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, detail‑oriented and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
