About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead Amazfit’s presence in Italy. The role will safeguard existing relationships with consumer electronics retailers while expanding the brand into the sports market, covering sporting‑goods chains and specialist stores.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the current business in the consumer electronics retail channel, ensuring stable volumes and strong in‑store execution.
- Develop and activate the sports channel by identifying new opportunities with sporting‑goods retailers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotional plans and visibility initiatives across both channels.
- Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out data, track KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to align campaigns and product launches.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and category evolution in wearable and sport‑tech segments.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in smartphones, wearables, sport‑tech or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record managing both tech retailers and sporting‑goods retailers.
- Demonstrated ability to preserve existing accounts while opening new channels.
- Strong negotiation skills and results‑driven mindset.
- Deep knowledge of the Italian market across technology and sports sectors.
- Analytical expertise with forecasting and business‑planning experience.
