About the role

As a Senior Service Manager at Tesla, you will lead multiple service locations within a geographic area, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence. You will mentor supervisors, develop talent, and play a key role in launching new service sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of one or more service centers, meeting performance, safety, and quality targets.
• Develop and coach team members, including early‑career supervisors, to build future Tesla leaders.
• Monitor customer satisfaction trends and implement process improvements to elevate the service experience.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure vehicle readiness and strategic execution.
• Lead change initiatives, promote a positive work environment, and uphold Tesla’s brand standards.
