Senior Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Community Manager to join ThisandCo’s Turin office. The role combines strategic thinking, editorial sensitivity and fast‑paced execution to shape the digital presence of our international brand clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activity on social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and others.
• Plan, create and schedule content in collaboration with strategists, designers and creators.
• Research, identify and activate relevant communities, sub‑cultures and local ecosystems aligned with each project.
• Support community‑building initiatives online and offline through creator relationships, ambassador programmes and city‑based activations.
• Develop growth strategies that drive authentic participation, retention and recurring engagement.
• Handle community management tasks – comments, DMs, real‑time interactions and sentiment monitoring.
• Contribute to tone‑of‑voice, caption writing and platform‑native communication.
• Monitor trends, emerging platforms and creator conversations.
• Use AI tools and digital workflow platforms to streamline creative and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, video editors and production teams on launches, campaigns and activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media and/or community management.
• Background in a creative or digital agency or a multi‑brand environment.
• Strong understanding of contemporary digital dynamics on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English (native or bilingual).
• Ability to work quickly, precisely and independently.
• Freelance VAT number required.
