Senior Software Engineer, Full-stack

About the role

Pairwise is building an AI‑powered technical staffing platform and needs a senior full‑stack engineer to own end‑to‑end product development. You will work on‑site with a fast‑moving team, shaping both the product and the engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and ship core product features from concept to production.
• Design and maintain complex backend logic using Python/Django.
• Build responsive, high‑quality user interfaces with React.
• Develop and refine the Applied AI layer, including RAG workflows, agentic behaviours, LLM orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
• Translate high‑level product goals into concrete implementation plans and break work into actionable tickets.
• Mentor newer engineers and raise the technical bar through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
