About the role
Exein is building the security layer for the convergence of physical and digital systems. We are seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to own and redesign the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for our technology teams, partnering closely with Tech Area Managers and reporting to the HR Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full tech recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Redesign and optimise the recruiting process, creating interview frameworks, assessment methods and scalable hiring best practices.
- Lead direct sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market mapping to build proactive talent pipelines.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
- Apply a data‑driven approach, leveraging the ATS to monitor time‑to‑hire, quality of hire and funnel conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with Tech Area Managers on headcount planning, role profiling and budget alignment.
- Report recruiting priorities and roadmap to the HR Manager and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- 6–8 years of experience recruiting technical talent in software houses, tech companies or specialised executive search firms.
- Proven ability to independently own the full recruitment cycle for senior‑level tech positions.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
