Senior Technical Architect

About the role

Reschio is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to work closely with Count Benedikt Bolza, Owner and Chief Creative Architect, on high‑end private residential projects. The role focuses on translating creative direction into precise, buildable architectural documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, construction details, specifications and technical documentation that meet Reschio’s standards of precision and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate and mentor two draftspersons, setting priorities, reviewing output and ensuring consistency across all project files.
• Act as the technical liaison between the design office and site teams, contractors and craftsmen, issuing drawings, clarifying intent and resolving technical queries.
• Conduct regular site visits, technical inspections and on‑site coordination to ensure design intent is correctly executed.

Required profile

• Significant technical maturity, discipline and judgement in architectural design.
• Ability to protect and develop a clearly defined architectural language with rigour and sensitivity.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical approach and patience.
