Service Technician Traineeship – 12‑Month Program in Rome

About the role

Join Tesla’s brand‑new Service Technician Traineeship and spend 12 months gaining hands‑on experience in automotive service. You will work at Tesla Service Centers in Rome, learning to inspect, repair and maintain cutting‑edge electric vehicles while supporting the company’s mission to accelerate sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic inspections, repairs and service tasks on Tesla vehicles.
• Carry out Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new and used cars.
• Use a variety of hand, power and shop tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and workshop order.
• Follow all safety protocols and represent Tesla professionally.
• Complete a fast‑paced hybrid training schedule and pass mid‑point and final assessments.

Required profile

• Demonstrable mechanical, electrical or engineering experience (automotive, aviation or marine certification preferred but not required).
• Valid EU Driving License.
• Strong enthusiasm for a hands‑on training program and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Safety‑first attitude and professional demeanor.
