Shop Attendant – Luxury Hotel Boutique

About the role

Join the boutique team at Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection property in Costa Smeralda. As a Shop Attendant you will provide a welcoming, high‑service experience to guests while maintaining the boutique’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the hotel boutique and assist them in locating merchandise.
• Display products neatly and attractively, restock shelves, and remove expired items.
• Process sales transactions, returns, refunds and exchanges using all payment methods.
• Maintain cash drawer balances, perform cash drops and ensure accurate receipt handling.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, secure the boutique and monitor for theft or damage.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior retail or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items up to 10 lb for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
