SIOP Manager EMEA

About the role

The SIOP Manager EMEA will lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process for Dayco’s Aftermarket business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This senior leadership position focuses on driving a digital transformation of planning activities using Kinaxis Maestro to create a fast, concurrent planning environment that boosts agility, service levels and working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for all planning activities.
• Lead the shift from sequential to concurrent planning, enabling real‑time demand updates across supply and capacity plans.
• Oversee the monthly SIOP cycle, including Portfolio, Demand, Supply reviews and Executive Financial Reconciliation.
• Coordinate demand forecasting, variance analysis and escalation with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Develop rolling 12‑month supply forecasts, manage supplier relationships and purchase order execution.
• Implement ABC/XYZ analysis and multi‑echelon inventory optimization to meet budget targets and control excess inventory.
• Define and report KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory Days on Hand and E&O, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Lead and develop the planning team, fostering a culture of system‑driven processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of demand and supply planning experience in the automotive industry, preferably aftermarket.
• Proven expertise in S&OP and global supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and change‑management capabilities.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives in planning.
