Site Manager (ER) - Bando

About the role

Enfinity Global, an independent power producer developing, financing, building, operating and owning renewable energy assets in Europe, Asia and the Americas, is looking for a Site Manager for its Construction department in Bologna. The role reports to the Construction Manager of the region and ensures that construction projects are completed on time and within budget, monitoring and directing contractor activities from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• EPC contract management and on-site operations, including reviewing project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy and schedule.
• Manage the site under construction so that the project finishes within time and budget, while ensuring Enfinity Global's specifications and requirements are met.
• Supervise construction workers and coordinate and oversee contractors and subcontractors from site preparation and foundation.
• Keep close contact with clients, accompany them on site visits and answer questions about project progress.
• Follow site safety protocols daily and ensure contractors and crew work safely.
• Liaise with quantity surveyors to monitor costs and prepare site reports, designs and safety/quality control reports.
• Ensure compliance with social responsibility, quality, environmental and safety standards and internal codes.
• Support the Asset Management team with close-out documentation and during the warranty period.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (preferred).
• 7-10+ years of experience managing site operations and power plant sites under construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Fluent Italian and English, spoken and written.
