Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the construction of anaerobic digestion plants for Kanadevia Inova. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in full compliance with client specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion facilities, monitor progress and control subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate site personnel and subcontractors, plan and oversee installation activities to meet project schedules.
• Verify material compliance, manage delivery documentation and liaise with logistics.
• Act as the responsible person for site safety, report performance and issues to management.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to implement quality control processes and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Mechanical or Electrical Diploma (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Proven experience coordinating contracts and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations.
• Fluent English.
