Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will lead Voi's warehouse operations in Turin, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily activities. You will combine people management with process improvement to support Voi’s micromobility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate large warehouse teams, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Maintain best‑in‑class standards for scooters, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and cost‑efficient vehicle lifecycle management.
• Plan and structure workflow, including shift planning, performance tracking, and SOP implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as 3PLs, landlords, and staffing agencies.
• Act as a safety role model, creating and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to screen, interview, onboard, and train new team members.

Required profile

• Proactive, strategic leader who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics or operations experience, preferably in a high‑tempo setting.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple projects.
• Fluent English and a valid Italian driver’s licence.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and leadership abilities.
