Site Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the execution and commissioning of high‑quality photovoltaic (PV) projects across Italy. You will work in an international, safety‑focused environment, coordinating all on‑site activities to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and coordinate all construction activities on site during execution and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to guarantee safe, high‑quality, and on‑schedule project delivery.
• Oversee HSEQ compliance, report risks, hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor construction progress, equipment deliveries and maintain site documentation, including weekly reports.
• Ensure works comply with local, national and international regulations and technical specifications.
• Organise and participate in on‑site meetings, testing, commissioning and final acceptance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in civil, electrical or a related engineering field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical understanding of civil and electrical works.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
• Structured, responsible and independent working style with willingness to travel extensively and work onsite full‑time.
