Social & Digital Manager for Luxury Hospitality Restaurants

About the role

Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking a Social & Digital Manager to lead the online presence of its signature restaurant concepts across Dubai. The role focuses on creating engaging, platform‑specific content that drives visibility, guest interest and demand for each outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of social and digital activities for multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring relevance on priority platforms.
• Develop and manage F&B‑focused content calendars aligned with launches, activations, seasonal moments and key trading periods.
• Guide content delivery, including posts, captions and community responses, to reflect Jumeirah’s tone and each concept’s identity.
• Grow and nurture online communities by turning restaurant moments and guest experiences into timely content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Creative teams to amplify campaign priorities without duplication.
• Analyse social performance, trends and competitor activity to improve engagement, reach and restaurant visibility.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content performance, preferably within luxury hospitality, restaurants or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple social platforms and content calendars across several concepts.
• Strong understanding of social formats, community management, content optimisation, platform trends and performance reporting.
• Creative and commercially aware, able to link digital engagement to restaurant demand.
