Social Media Manager (German/English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Social Media Manager who will be responsible for the digital presence of a medical aesthetics client in Switzerland. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in German and English to communicate directly with the client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the client’s Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels and graphics.
• Produce, edit and optimise photos and videos using professional tools.
• Plan editorial calendars and maintain consistent content flow.
• Act as the primary point of contact with the client in both German and English.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German (essential) and good command of English.
• Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Active freelance status with a valid VAT number (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in the medical or healthcare sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva or CapCut.
