Software Engineer – Computer Vision & AI

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Milan, focusing on the research and development of computer‑vision and AI solutions for IoT applications. The role will contribute to the product roadmap and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test computer‑vision algorithms and AI models.
• Implement software components on Linux (Ubuntu) using Python.
• Collaborate with product, hardware and data‑science teams to integrate solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure code quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing software applications or services.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Linux (Ubuntu).
• Hands‑on experience with computer‑vision libraries such as OpenCV or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of database fundamentals.
