Software Engineer II – AI‑Powered Embedded Applications

About the role

As a Software Engineer II you will develop full‑stack embedded applications that power fuel dispensers, tank gauges and fleet management systems, leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test embedded software and user‑experience components on a leading platform.
• Use GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants for code generation, review and quality assurance.
• Build and integrate AI agents into engineering workflows with commercial and proprietary tools.
• Contribute to software architecture and apply AI‑assisted design patterns.
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum team, perform code reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Embed AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely, world‑class releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with object‑oriented languages (C++, Java, C, Python); familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience or strong curiosity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs, or agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing; exposure to AI‑assisted testing tools is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset, eager to experiment with new AI capabilities.
