Software Engineer Mobile Flutter

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer specialized in mobile development with Flutter to create and maintain Technogym’s fitness device applications. You will join a cross‑functional team that builds innovative wellness solutions and integrates them with back‑end services and embedded equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality Flutter applications in collaboration with Design and Product teams.
• Define, design and ship new features together with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Integrate external data sources and APIs to ensure seamless training experiences on premium devices.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Fix bugs, optimise performance and ensure reliable user experiences.
• Create and maintain shared plugins and proprietary frameworks to increase modularity and testability.
• Write unit tests covering edge cases, usability and overall robustness.

Required skills

• Proven experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with data persistence using NoSQL databases.

• Ability to work with external libraries and third‑party SDKs.
• Competence in writing unit tests and ensuring code quality.
