Staff House Coordinator – Season 2027

About the role

Grand Hotel Timeo & Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond hotel, is looking for a Staff House Coordinator for its brand-new employee residence in Giardini Naxos. The role manages property operations and contributes to a welcoming, safe and exceptional living experience for seasonal team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property surveillance and access control, keeping common areas clean, orderly and well-maintained
• Enforce internal house regulations and Health & Safety guidelines
• Coordinate pre-arrival preparations such as room inventory checks and report maintenance or housekeeping needs
• Lead onboarding: property tours, house rules for legal sign-off and electronic key card issuance
• Oversee departures, re-inventory rooms and report missing equipment or damage
• Coordinate routine maintenance interventions and housekeeping shifts
• Supervise waste management and recycling in line with Belmond's sustainability policies
• Manage the internal parking lot and keep a registry of authorised vehicles and scooters
• Handle administrative tasks: key card issues, lost and found, periodic room inspections and internal communication boards

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality operations, front office, housekeeping supervision, facility management or residence/property coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a diplomatic but firm approach to enforcing rules
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and composure under pressure
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and facility maintenance tracking
• Fluent Italian and good working English
