Are you passionate about human potential and looking to launch your career in Human Resources? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team in Genoa, working closely with the Selection and Service Manager to identify and attract top talent.

Missions principales

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify potential candidates through active sourcing and job board management.
• Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across various professional channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate profiles and cultural fit.
• Manage administrative recruitment tasks (front and back office) and digital archiving.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure efficient tracking.

Profil recherché

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong team spirit and a results-oriented mindset.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong command of professional email communication.
• Ability to manage digital documentation and archiving.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ce que nous offrons

• 6-month internship program with professional mentorship.
• Monthly allowance of €600.
• Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00).
