Station Manager – Rome

About the role

You will lead and establish the roadsurfer station in Rome, working closely with central departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Independent leadership and establishment of the location, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Implement and improve processes such as vehicle returns, handovers and preparation.
• Maintain communication with international teams and ensure continuous improvements.
• Lead, onboard and plan tasks for the on‑site team while ensuring quality.
• Recruit and build the local team.
• Oversee local vehicle fleet documentation, maintenance, cleanliness and coordination with service partners.
• Advise customers on products, rentals and spots, delivering a happy roadsurfing experience.

Required profile

• Completed relevant training or studies (or comparable qualification).
• 2‑3 years of experience in car rental, tourism or similar fields.
• Leadership experience is advantageous.
• High service orientation with a friendly, open demeanor.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and the local language.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence.
