Stibo STEP Developer

About the role

The Stibo STEP Developer will join a delivery team focused on Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring and evolving Stibo STEP PIM solutions, ensuring high‑quality data and smooth release cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure Stibo STEP data models, workflows and UI/portals.
• Integrate the PIM platform with surrounding enterprise systems using APIs and file‑based interfaces.
• Support data exchange across ERP, eCommerce and MDM ecosystems.
• Manage data import/export processes, validation rules and data‑quality controls.
• Participate in testing phases (SIT/UAT), resolve defects and assist with release and deployment activities.
• Produce technical documentation, including specifications and configuration notes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Stibo STEP development and configuration.
• Proven experience configuring data models, workflows and user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations (APIs, file‑based interfaces).
• Experience with data exchange between ERP, eCommerce and MDM systems.
• Familiarity with data import/export, validation and quality controls.
• Ability to support SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution and releases.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
