Stock Controller – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Stock Controller reports to the Store Director and supports store turnover by managing merchandise flow and ensuring compliance with internal logistics procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
• Prepare annual inventory, identify discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
• Promote Saint Laurent brand culture internally and externally, ensuring store image aligns with corporate standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, grooming, and overall store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer experience and follow client‑eling guidelines.
• Support a positive team environment, offer professional communication and assist colleagues.
• Receive, label, store, and organise merchandise; handle transfers, shipments, returns and packaging orders.
• Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

• Good knowledge of IT systems.
• Product sensitivity and awareness of market and fashion trends (asset).
