Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Leica Store in Milan, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will inspire a high‑performing team and act as the brand’s ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet KPIs while developing long‑term customer relationships.
• Coach the team on service standards, handling complaints, and creating "customer for life" experiences.
• Analyse sales reports, execute action plans, and support local marketing initiatives.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and minimise stock loss through accurate procedures.
• Oversee staff rotas, absences, and ensure the store is properly resourced.
• Maintain cash, POS, and back‑office procedures, and act as the health‑and‑safety contact.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, provide performance feedback, and uphold Leica brand values.
