Store Manager – Luxury Boutique (Rome)

About the role

As the face of the Maison, the Store Manager leads a luxury boutique in Rome, driving performance, profitability and the highest level of customer service in line with Christian Dior standards. The role combines team leadership, operational excellence and strategic sales planning.

Key responsibilities

• Design the optimal boutique organization, recruit talent and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
• Manage performance and compensation, develop people, and foster engagement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
• Conduct regular store meetings and ensure clear communication between management and associates.
• Diagnose performance gaps, define action plans and achieve sales targets for the Maison, boutique and category.
• Implement and monitor action plans, KPIs and CRM initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador to VIP clients and build direct relationships.
• Apply group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Handle back‑office and administrative duties of the boutique.
