Strategy Consultant - AI Training & Evaluation (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant to help design and evaluate AI training environments. The role is freelance, fully remote, and focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios that reflect industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and related analyses.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and uncertainty.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with financial modelling and market analysis techniques.

What we offer

• Opportunity to shape how next‑generation AI systems learn high‑level business reasoning.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Project‑based freelance compensation.
