Supervisor Trainee – Installation Academy (Fiorano, Italy)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor Trainee to join our Italy branch in Fiorano. This hands‑on programme is designed to develop future professionals in industrial construction and refractory installations, offering direct exposure to site supervision, planning and safety practices.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in supervisor training across multiple European sites.
• Work on customer projects as an installer to learn installation methods.
• Assist in project planning: develop risk assessments, create material lists and calculations, and generate purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment and staffing to ensure site readiness.
• Lead installation teams, assign tasks and maintain daily work logs.
• Manage installer timesheets, submit payroll data and prepare deviation reports.
• Handle project close‑out documentation, returns and compliance with Calderys protocols.
• Promote safety culture and act as the primary client contact during the project.

Required profile

• Basic technical education – vocational qualification in construction, mechanical engineering, bricklaying or joinery/carpentry.
• Strong interest in industrial construction and site supervision.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Italy and travel to other European locations as needed.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and complete required trainings.
