Supplier Development Packaging Internship

About the role

Ferrari is seeking a motivated intern to join its Supplier Development Packaging team in Maranello. The role supports the design, validation and approval of packaging solutions for vehicle components, ensuring alignment with technical, timing and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Vehicle Development teams to create and update packaging sheets for critical components.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to track packaging design, validation and approval progress.
• Organise and facilitate alignment meetings to resolve technical, quality or schedule issues for new projects and existing production parts.
• Monitor packaging sheet status across development phases, verifying compliance with milestones and departmental requirements.
• Prepare reports and status indicators to support activity monitoring.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at reducing logistics costs and increasing packaging sustainability.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) in Business/Economics or Management Engineering.
• Passion for automotive and innovative solutions, with prior internship or project experience in automotive or luxury sectors.
• Analytical, target‑oriented and structured thinking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail and awareness of responsibility associated with the role.
