Supplier Engagement Leader – Supplier Development

About the role

The Supplier Engagement Leader will work with commodity leaders and fulfillment teams to evaluate supply‑base strategies, ensure supplier performance and scalability, and support the Material Shipped Direct, Balance of Plant and Heat Recovery Steam Generator value streams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commodity leaders to execute supply strategy and improve delivery performance.
• Establish daily management processes for project execution status and risk communication.
• Apply lean thinking and problem‑solving tools to identify systemic delivery delays and drive long‑term improvements.
• Provide technical expertise in process development, capacity planning, inventory requirements and operational management.
• Coach and mentor sourcing organization members on lean manufacturing fundamentals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; significant supply‑chain or sourcing experience in power generation or EPC.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills.
