Supplier Lead, Commercial Aircraft

About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Lead for our Commercial Aircraft business. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end supply chain processes, ensuring that components from suppliers reach production on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate the flow of parts for commercial aircraft programs.
• Plan and control inventory, demand forecasting, and production scheduling to meet target quality and waste levels.
• Oversee import/export, customs, and freight forwarding activities.
• Support new product launches, promotional activities and network redesigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as cost‑to‑serve and sales‑operations planning metrics.

Required profile

• Solid experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement, preferably in aerospace or related high‑tech industry.
• Ability to work independently under moderate supervision and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
