Supplier Lead, Commercial Aircraft

About the role

Moog is looking for a Supplier Lead to manage the end‑to‑end supply chain for its commercial aircraft business. The role can be performed fully remote, with a hybrid option for candidates based in Genova, Italy. You will work under moderate supervision, applying your supply‑chain expertise to ensure timely delivery of components and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation and delivery of supplier‑related projects and processes.
• Develop and execute long‑term supply‑chain strategies, addressing capacity and production location decisions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support new product launches, promotional activities and network redesigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as cost‑to‑serve, inventory levels and sales‑operations planning metrics.
• Manage import/export, customs, freight forwarding and logistics optimization activities.

Required profile

• Professional experience in supply chain, logistics or related fields, preferably within the aerospace or aviation sector.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
