Supply Chain Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Engineer to join Cargoful’s AI‑driven transport operations platform. You will work closely with business and tech teams to turn data‑driven insights into AI‑powered solutions that optimise our clients’ supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy smart agents that automate client workflows end‑to‑end, including simulation and optimisation of supply‑chain models.
• Collect, clean and analyse client data using Excel and Python to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate and prepare data for analysis, implementation and reporting.
• Ensure seamless data integration between Cargoful and client environments via APIs, staging tables, flat‑file exchanges and scripts.
• Support clients from implementation through go‑live and daily operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematical Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a technical or analytical role, preferably as a Solution Consultant or Analyst in a B2B software company.
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B2+).
• High energy, fast learner, proactive and able to work independently.
