Supply Chain Manager – Strategic Role (France/Italy)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive high‑value, innovative transformations for our Italian subsidiaries within a leading European distribution group. Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Director, you will work from Milan and collaborate closely with teams in Paris, Italy and across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Challenge existing organization structures and master plans, and lead logistics site transformations.
• Define distribution model evolution and deploy related processes and solutions.
• Support subsidiaries in needs analysis, specification writing, solution selection and implementation.
• Coordinate and lead project delivery, managing stakes, governance, timelines and results.
• Formalise and share best practices across the Group and co‑lead functional experts in Business Units.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Finance and HR leadership teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Operational Performance.
• 7‑10 years of experience in consulting or corporate roles within European‑scale distribution environments.
• Proven expertise in intralogistics, warehouse optimisation, S&OP, lean/operational excellence and transformation project management.
• Strong strategic vision combined with hands‑on pragmatism.
• Collaborative leadership with influencing skills and high emotional intelligence.
