Supply Chain Planner & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Supply Chain Planner and Logistics professional to join our team in Valperga. The role ensures material availability, optimal inventory and timely delivery of aerospace components while driving the Sales & Operations Planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain demand and production plans, balancing capacity, lead times and inventory.
• Monitor order status and align schedules with operations, procurement and sales teams.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare documentation and liaise with carriers and logistics partners.
• Analyse supply‑chain performance data, track KPIs and identify risks or bottlenecks.
• Propose and implement process improvements to meet quality, delivery and cost targets.

Required profile

• Strong background in demand and production planning, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience in logistics coordination, including shipment scheduling and basic customs requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
