Supply Chain Planner – Manufacturing & Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to join our e‑mobility charging solutions business. The role will coordinate production schedules, demand forecasts and inventory targets to ensure seamless material flow across our manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive supply chain plans aligned with production schedules, demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Assess inventory levels, production capacity and lead times regularly to optimise stock and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics and sales teams to guarantee material flow and product availability.
• Identify and evaluate supply‑chain risks – supplier issues, transportation delays, market changes – and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing options to ensure continuity of supply.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as order fulfilment, inventory turnover and supplier performance.
• Participate in continuous process improvement by analysing workflows and suggesting optimisations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with SAP (key‑user experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools for data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and other supply‑chain management tools.
