Supply & Demand Manager

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Supply & Demand Manager to act as the global reference point for supply, demand and inventory excellence. You will drive data‑driven insights, benchmark best‑in‑class practices and support regional teams to achieve optimal service and inventory performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead benchmarking activities on supply, demand and inventory management across regions and against industry standards.
• Conduct advanced analytical studies on service levels, inventory performance and demand forecasting, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support the definition and alignment of global and regional inventory and service targets.
• Develop, maintain and evolve global supply & demand management guidelines.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for regional supply chain teams, ensuring alignment with global targets.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of global planning processes and system architecture.
• Lead or co‑lead global innovation initiatives, including digital solutions, process optimisation and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics or Management (Master’s a plus).
• Solid experience in supply chain management; parts & services experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, service performance and demand planning principles.
• Fluent English with excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity for supply chain trends, digital transformation and innovation.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI.
• Microsoft Office suite.
