Sviluppatore – IT / SAP / Supporto Business (Ibrido)

About the role

We are seeking candidates belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99) to join our international hub in Naples. Selected individuals will be placed in various business areas such as IT, software development, SAP/ERP environments, operations, or other support functions, depending on their background and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational and project activities within the assigned business area.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver IT and software solutions.
• Assist in SAP/ERP related tasks and system maintenance.
• Provide back‑office and business support as required.

Required profile

• Member of a protected category under Law 68/99.
• Previous experience or strong interest in IT, software development, SAP, or business support functions.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work in structured environments.
• Availability for a hybrid working model (approximately three days on‑site in Naples).
