Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Milan

About the role

Eight Sleep is looking for a proactive Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across the company. Based in Milan, you will act as an internal headhunter, building pipelines, running interview processes, and ensuring a fast, high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a global portfolio of roles, managing sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Proactively identify and engage top‑tier talent through multiple channels, including university partnerships and LinkedIn outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes, remove bottlenecks, and maintain a seamless interview cadence.
• Maintain rigorous assessment standards to ensure cultural fit and high performance.
• Develop and monitor metrics dashboards to track pipeline health, velocity, and conversion rates.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows in the Ashby ATS for speed and scalability.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup, D2C, or tech environment.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates.
• Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and regions.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to create and interpret hiring metrics.
