Talent Advisor – Onsite (Florence, KY)

About the role

The Onsite Talent Advisor provides front‑line HR support to both employees and the client, ensuring high‑quality service for a globally‑focused organization. You will drive engagement, manage payroll issues, and partner with safety teams to maintain a secure workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite, front‑line support to employees and the client.
• Develop and execute strategies that boost employee and client engagement.
• Attract, screen, and interview candidates, collaborating with managers to meet hiring needs.
• Monitor payroll processes and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely payments.
• Work with Kelly’s and the client’s safety teams to uphold a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to engage customers through proactive communication and strategic relationship building.
• Strong awareness of industry trends and best practices to inform client partnerships.
• Results‑oriented with high attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.
• Minimum 3 + years of staffing experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of HR staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and employment law is preferred.
