Talent Strategist

About the role

As a Talent Strategist at Bending Spoons, you will shape and continuously improve the company’s talent acquisition approach. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, experiment with new methods, and ensure that hiring remains a competitive advantage for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the overall talent strategy, balancing effort and investment to maximise value.
• Run rigorous experiments, challenge assumptions and use data‑driven evidence to improve attraction, assessment and hiring.
• Own the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—leveraging AI and modern tools while applying human judgment where it matters most.
• Proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple channels using outreach, data and emerging technologies.
• Design and implement structured assessments (tests, interviews, etc.) that deliver clear hiring signals.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: can solve complex problems from first principles and avoid bias.
• High drive and ambition, with a relentless sense of responsibility and a willingness to raise personal standards.
• Team spirit: generous collaboration, support for the best ideas, and a readiness to get hands‑dirty.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
