Tax Manager – Milan

About the role

Kering is seeking a Business‑oriented Tax Manager to join its Tax team in Milan. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will support the Group’s tax strategy across domestic and international operations, acting as a trusted partner to finance and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on direct and indirect tax matters at Italian and international levels.
• Manage tax incentive programmes such as Patent Box, VAT, R&D tax credits and tax refunds.
• Support Group companies during tax audits, assessments, inspections and litigation, coordinating with external advisors.
• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and tax reporting for Group entities.
• Identify and implement tax optimisation opportunities while monitoring legislative developments.
• Maintain Transfer Pricing documentation, including Country Files, intercompany pricing analyses, CBCR and Pillar I reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Legal and external advisors on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field; specialization in International Taxation is a strong plus.
• 8–10 years of relevant tax experience in a multinational company, leading consultancy or a combination of both.
• Strong expertise in corporate taxation, indirect taxes, international tax matters and transfer pricing.
