About the role

As a Team Leader at Metro Pubs you will lead by example, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience. You will support the management team, maintain high standards, and keep the bar safe and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver heartfelt, memorable service to every guest.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing any concerns promptly.

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.
